Q: I just purchased the Synergy E-Book and I can't seem to view it.
A: To download your E-Book, please log into the website. If you are already logged in please go to the Synergy E-book

tab on the far right hand side of the top menu bar for further instruction.

Q: What size of collar should I get for my dog?
A: To determine the proper size of collar for your dog, you should measure the circumference of their neck where a collar would naturally sit. Once you know the measurement then take a look under the 'Shop' section and choose the collar that fits your measurement.

Q: My dog is just a puppy, should I purchase a collar that fits her now or that will fit her when she's full grown?
A: You should get a collar that properly fits your dog now so you can start working with her. Training begins the moment your dog enters your life. When she grows out of her puppy collar then you can get the next size up.

Q: I can't find a leash that goes around my waist so I can do umbilical, can you help?
A: All you need is a Hustle Up™ leash! The Hustle Up™ leashes are 6 feet long and you can get them on your waist by feeding the leash through the handle to create a loop. Please Contact Us if you have any questions.

Q: Can I get Brad to come to my house to work with my dogs?
A: At this time Brad is not currently taking on private training consultations. If you would like to work with one of Brad’s Certified Educator Trainers you can fill out the Request for Dog Training Help and we will forward your information on to a CET in your area.

Q: How do I get in contact with a Certified Educator Trainer?
A: If you fill out a Request for Dog Training Help form a CET will contact you as soon as possible. 

Q: There's no CET in my area, now what?
A: As more and more people are becoming Certified Educator Trainers every year there may be someone near you soon. The profiles of new CETs will be added upon certification. All CETs offer phone consultations too, which is a great way to start off on the right foot, fill out Request for Dog Training Help to set up your phone consultation.

Q: How do I become a Dog Trainer or Certified Educator Trainer?
A: For information, go to Get Certified or you can fill out the Become a Certified Educator Trainer form.
